I wish to emphasize that I retain copyright of my work, artistic and written. Owners of my originals may reproduce them for their own private use. Any reproduction for commercial purposes must have my advance written agreement and permission.

When you have made your choice, please contact Jaimie Cahlil direct to check that this piece of art is still available for purchase, and then to arrange payment and transportation or collection. 

Please note:

While every care is taken to reproduce the originals with accuracy, please take into account that the accuracy of any colour reproduction may vary.  

Also, in the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied with your purchase, any return of work must be arranged with the artist prior to its return, and must be well-protected in transit. Any damage will be deducted from the purchase price originally paid, and any loss in return transit cannot be refunded by the artist. Refunds will be automatically given on receiving returned work in good re-saleable condition – minus an amount to cover handling, packaging and transportation costs involved in conveying the piece of art to you.  

Postage & packaging

Cost of postage & packing are additional to the purchase price - dependent on destination required. Those in the UK are encouraged to consider travelling to Oxford to collect their purchase in person.  

While I cannot accept any financial liability during the picture's - or reproduction's - transportation to you, I make every effort to ensure safe carriage and delivery. Arrangements for transportation of works of art may be discussed at the time of the purchase agreement. When possible, each painting on canvas will be dispatched ready for hanging.  

Overseas destinations: depending on the cost of transportation the individual customer is willing to pay, the painting on canvas may either be sent ready for hanging, or in separate pieces - easier and cheaper to post: the canvas would be rolled up and sent in a postal tube, and that 'stretcher pieces', tacks and simple instructions sent separately in a second postal tube.  

Picture-framing, hanging, conditions and cleaning

Written advice will be enclosed with purchased paintings regarding the above.  

ORIGINALS

Unless stated or agreed, any oil painting on canvas is supplied without frame: you may subsequently add a frame for protection – and/or protective non-reflective glass/perspex. Likewise, unless stated or agreed, any picture on paper purchased is sold and supplied without mount as well as unframed.
